The Trails Church's missions strategy exists to encourage church members to take the Great Commission personally and to be effective partners in discipling neighbors in our community and among the nations.

We have four strategic partners in order to help mobilize our church in the mission of God, two local and two global.

Grace Bridge Local Service Opportunity

Join us at Grace Bridge for a food distribution service opportunity on the third Saturday of every month from 9am - 1pm. Families are welcome. Please wear your Trails T-shirt for the event (if you don't have one, pick one up at service on Sunday). Also, please download the Volunteer Form here or during registration and bring the form with you. Volunteers are always needed to put on these food distributions, preparing for the event, serving our participants, and then cleaning and packing up.

To register, please visit our Events Page.

2019 Short-Term Missions Trips

Take part in changing lives by introducing Jesus Christ to orphans and vulnerable children in a Kid’s Bible Camp. You will form lasting relationships with 50 campers as you enjoy sports, games, crafts, worship, and Bible study together. Your life will be changed as God uses you to impact campers involved in the 25 Project Name Changer Sponsorship Program. The team will serve for one week, but kid’s like Sunita and Prem will be changed by Jesus Christ for eternity.

Though South Asia is often viewed as a peaceful place, ironically poverty is so prevalent and is a daily reality for millions living in this nation. Join us in sharing the love of Christ and hope found only in Him as a messenger of the Gospel.

Pre-registration: May 12 - June 2

Cost: $3150 (Estimated Total from Texas)

Children: Mature teenagers from 10th-12th grades who are accompanied by a parent may be eligible to go.

South Asia is filled with people who have never heard the Name of Jesus, but the few local believers are determined to reach every corner of their nation with the gospel.

On an Extreme Team trip, you’ll work alongside these believers to share the gospel in remote villages and establish God’s Kingdom in one of the most unreached areas of the world. And as you do so, you’ll encourage and equip the local church to multiply.

This trip will consist of 10-15 miles of hiking/backpacking each day in a high altitude environment (7,000-12,000 ft.). The terrain consists of loose rock, stream crossings, and steep, rocky incline trails. Each team member will need to have a high level of fitness and be able to hike with a 40-50 pound backpack each day. Team members will spend most of this trip outdoors. For more details or to apply for this trip, click the link below. You will be directed to East-West Ministries, our partner organization for this trip.

Early registration: May 19 - June 9
