What to Expect

Our team supports the Sunday worship services each week. You can expect to help in a variety of ways including:
* pray together as a team before the service and discuss logistics
* set up and tear down tables, materials, signage, and refreshments
* wear a greeting tag (and a smile) to welcome people
* intentionally meet new guests and answer any questions they may have
* serve coffee and tea
* engage in conversation and help people feel welcomed

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

Door Greeter: opens the door and warmly welcomes members and guests at our Sunday worship services

Info Table Host: answers questions, greets members and guests, and sells merchandise (some weeks) as people come in

Coffee Host: ensures that coffee and tea are available for our members and guests at our Sunday worship services

New Guest Host: warmly welcomes new guests at our Sunday worship services

Inside Greeter: warmly welcomes people as they hand out bulletins at our Sunday worship services

Usher: helps members and guests find available seats at our Sunday Worship Services

Warm Welcomer: engages people in conversation as they arrive at our Sunday worship services

Purchasing Coordinator: ensures that the Hospitality Team has the appropriate supplies for Sunday worship services

Scheduling Coordinator: ensures that the Hospitality Team is staffed appropriately for Sunday worship services by scheduling team members to serve in the various hospitality positions

Service Coordinator: oversees the Hospitality Team during Sunday worship services to ensure that guests and members are welcomed into a warm and hospitable church environment
