I was blessed to be raised in a Christian home with a loving mother and father who taught me to love God and love others from a very young age. I became a believer in Christ and was baptized at FBC Wichita Falls when I was about 5 years old. My father was in the oil business, so we moved around in west Texas for several years before landing in Abilene. I graduated from high school and went to Collage Station to pursue a degree in Engineering. At Texas A&M, I was able to connect with other Christians at Central Baptist Church in Bryan and my faith and love for the Lord grew as did my desire to know God and His Word. In 2003, I met my wife, Angela, and we were married in 2005. She and I stayed in College Station to perform graduate studies that ended in 2006. We have lived in the North Dallas area since 2007 and we now live in north Celina with our four children. I am employed as a consulting engineer for a firm in Frisco and have been in the engineering/construction industry for about 18 years. My passion is helping people in whatever way the Lord directs me.
My Hope for The Trails
Matthew 5:16 – That the Trails Church would let the light of the gospel shine through us so that others may see it and glorify our Father who is in heaven. That we would be a body of servant leaders who put the needs of others first and model Christlikeness to our community.
